After a thorough consultation on your first visit, I will select some essential oils with you to suit your needs. These essential oils are then mixed with a carrier oil (e.g. sweet almond oil) and then applied to the body using gentle massage strokes. Hot Stone Therapy Massage

hot stone therapyHot stone massage is a speciality and luxury massage using massage strokes with heated Basalt stones, which are made from volcanic rock. Hot stone massage combines the benefits of Hydrotherapy and "Thermalism or Thermotherapy" (the use of heat application) to create a deep, relaxing and healing treatment. The stones are used as an extension to the therapist's hands and the heat penetrates the muscles and tissues to a deeper level than regular massage.
